The role of teacher is supposed to encourage the spirit of enquiry and discovery in the learner. So thatthey can construct actively, their own knowledge, move to what is new from what they already know. He/she has to build such a co-ordial classroom atmosphere where ‘learning without burden’ principle can be brought into practice. Apart from the teaching learning, assessment methods must also be flexible to accomplish this. Not only the curricular activities but also the assessment methods should encompass all the three domains of development- the cognitive, the psychomotor and the effective.

Our mission is to nurture our students to realize their own potential and identify and achieve their goals in an environment of rich tutelage, joyful and harmonious learning while keeping alive the spirit of togetherness and ‘Service Before Self’. Our aim is to bring forth responsible citizens of the world who make a difference and who will make the school and nation proud of their achievements and stellar personal qualities

Our vision is to prepare our children for life by:-

- A good classroom is the one where teaching-learning process involves dialogue between the learner and the facilitator.
- A child’s mind is not an empty vessel. Rather he is the active constructor of his own knowledge. we need to shun those orthodox.
Focus
- To provide pedagogy which will promote the learning of Science & Technology, liberal Arts, language learning according to the aptitude and potential of the students.
- To familiarize and equip the students with IT skills.
- Learning through dialogue, debate and discussion.
- Inculcate analytical and critical thinking in the pupils.

Principal
Value education must be a part of the education system, value or virtues must be integral to the whole process of education. Value education cannot be imparted as a separate bit of education; the whole of the education has to be value education.
Peace education is also the need of the hour keeping in view the growing unrest and the rising conflicts. However, peace is not something to be taught. It has to be imbued in a child’s persona through behaviour modeling. Teachers must mould peace values in their attitude, thoughts, values, beliefs and behavior so that the children can gain them in right spirit.
